I’m really excited to share more about who I am and how this all started. I’m a self‑taught hairstylist who specializes in natural hairstyles and locs, but my love for hair goes way back. I started doing hair when I was just 6 years old. I was that kid who always had a comb in my hand, practicing on dolls, my grandma, friends… honestly, anyone who would let me experiment. What started as something fun slowly grew into a real passion, and over the years I found myself falling deeper in love with the art of natural hair care.

As I got older, I realized that doing hair wasn’t just a hobby for me. It’s something that helps me connect with my community while fulfilling my creative “itch”. I spent years teaching myself new techniques, learning how to care for different textures, and perfecting the details that make a style last and look good. Hairstyling has always held a special place in my heart because it’s so expressive and meaningful. It’s more than just braiding hair, it’s a way for me to give back to my community. Helping someone embrace their natural beauty and walk away feeling confident and cared for is truly the best part of what I do. Moments like that remind me why I fell in love with this craft in the first place.
